Insurance:
We accept most insurance plans. We also accept payment from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions you may have.
Payment Options:   
We do accept several payment options for your convenience.
We are pleased to be able to offer an extended payment plan to our patients through CARE CREDIT. This is a credit card designed specifically for use in the dental office to assist you with paying for important dental care. The Care Credit card gives you the ability to make affordable payments over an extended time period with no interest--if paid in full by the due date. Or, the Care Credit card can be used to extend payments over a longer period of time with market rate interest charges. It costs nothing to apply and there are no annual fees for this convenience.
